We build the platform we wanted when we ran customer education
Whitfield started in 2022 after our founders spent five years teaching software customers with a video library, a spreadsheet and a lot of hope.

Why we started
Leah Moreno ran customer education at a payroll company with 11,000 customers. Every admin got the same welcome email with a link to 40 videos. About one in five watched past the first one, and nobody could say which accounts had.
Daniel Brandt was the engineer who kept that video library running. Together they built a small tool that enrolled admins from Salesforce and told the account owner when someone stalled. Completion doubled in a quarter, and the support team noticed before anyone else did.
Whitfield is that tool, grown up. Today 41 academies run on it, from payroll and tax software to dental groups and logistics platforms. We are 23 people, and we still answer support ourselves.
