How we work
Decisions start as a one page doc anyone can comment on. Meetings are for the hard parts.
Minneapolis folks come in Tuesday and Thursday. Remote folks fly in twice a year.
Health, dental and vision at 100 percent for you and 75 percent for family, a 401(k) with a 4 percent match, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
$1,500 a year for courses, books and conferences, no approval needed.
