Using Whitfield
You may use Whitfield to build and run courses for people you have a relationship with: customers, partners, employees or buyers of your courses. You are responsible for the content you upload.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in US dollars. Active learners are counted per calendar month. Yearly plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund within 30 days.
Your content
You own your courses and your learner data. You give us permission to store and display them only to run the service for you.
Availability
We aim for 99.9 percent monthly uptime and post incidents publicly. Scale plans include service credits if we miss it.
Ending the agreement
You can export everything and close your workspace at any time. We delete your data 30 days after closing.
