What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company), the courses and content you upload, and learner activity inside your academy: lessons opened, answers to knowledge checks, certificates earned.
How we use it
To run the academy for you, to show progress to your admins, and to send the emails you switch on. We do not sell data and we do not train models on your content.
Where it lives
In AWS data centers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
Admins can export or delete any learner’s data at any time. Learners can ask their academy admin, or write to privacy@whitfield.study, and we answer within 30 days.
